Just a quick note to tell you that Meg and Scott had a WONDERFUL time in Antigua at the Sandals Resort on their honeymoon. We picked them up yesterday and they were relaxed, happy, tan and plus five pounds!! Thanks for all you did - you really helped to give them a memory that will last their lifetime.
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Carolyn. I came to her for the first usage of my Vacation Club membership services. I came with pricing from my sister's travel agent for an Alaska cruise. After MANY phone calls and in-depth conversations, Carolyn offered me the lower rate. Unfortunately, my sister opted for us to go with her agent, so I couldn't give Carolyn the business. This e-mail is to tell you that Carolyn was delightful, knowledgeable and took initiative to make calls, etc. I didnt expect this level of service since my sisters agent hadnt offered it. Carolyn is a great asset to your company, and next time I'll go to her first, and override my sister on whatever she suggests! Thank you.
Great Place to find help – my name is doug. my wife and i joined forever grand vacations last year around june. since then we have been on two cruises and stayed for a week in a condo in branson. we view the people there as friends that truely helped us.
Hi Linda, I just wanted to send you a quick note to say Thank You for the lovely accommodations onboard the Golden Princess. I know we had some misunderstandings getting this trip booked; however, you and your supervisor came through with flying colors! When all was said and done, we had what we wanted and ultimately a great onboard experience we fully enjoyed. The adjoining balcony rooms were SUPERB. My family members and I are very grateful to you, and your help in making this an unforgettable trip. We had a fantastic time, and much of it was due to the luxury accommodations we enjoyed on the ship. We knew we would have a great time together, but everyone was raving about how nice the rooms were, and what a great time they had. One of my brothers really was not excited about going on this trip, and in fact, was dreading the thought of it. Afterwards, he was so happy with what took place that he is ready to go again. I wanted to let you know Muaua did an outstanding job! I know that sometimes people don’t get the recognition they deserve for doing their job and going above and beyond what they are called to do. You can rest assured you have an employee who is doing a fantastic job with your customers. I live in Texas and I had a week vacation scheduled in Colorado. Unfortunately, we sustained a tornado last night resulting in roof and water damage to my house. I was supposed to leave on vacation today! Naturally I couldn’t leave my house in these conditions and go on vacation knowing there could be further damage to my house. Muaua took care of everything and gave me peace of mind. I wanted to let you know she did a fantastic job with our situation. I want her to get the recognition she deserves! Sometimes people take for granted when others do a good job. Keep up the good work!

Farrah, The vacation was great! The condo was excellent. It was very clean and they had all the necessities that we needed except for food. I would without a doubt endorse going to the Wyndham Resort in Fairfield Glade, TN. We arrived and the reservation was all set - no hassles. The weather was fantastic and we drove the motorcycle all over Tennessee. We also did the Tail of the Dragon twice. When we checked out they handed us a receipt that said paid in full so that is all we paid was $299 for all week. Hot Weeks are amazing! We will be taking another vacation starting July 20th so you will get a call from us. Thank you again, Gary S.
To whom it way concern: after having further discussions today with Patrick regarding the specifics of our membership, we would like to reverse our decision to cancel our membership into your travel club as we had previously submitted in the e-mail that follows. When you send in our request for an oceanfront room, would you please request a jetted tub? I see that they are available at this hotel. I certainly understand it isn't something that can be guaranteed, but perhaps it is possible if we put it on our request. Thanks so much for all of your help.
